By accessing or using Libro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Libro is a cloud-based bookkeeping software designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The Service provides tools for recording transactions, managing accounts, generating financial reports, and organizing your business finances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use Libro, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

Libro is a bookkeeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The reports and data generated by the Service are based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the Service. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant or financial professional for decisions related to your business finances, tax filings, or regulatory compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service. We may also terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
