Create and access your account

Sign up for Libro, verify your email, sign in securely, and recover access when needed.

Before you start

Use an email address you can open now and a password you do not reuse elsewhere. If a company invited you, sign up with the exact email address that received the invitation.

Create and verify the account

  1. Open Libro and choose Sign up below the sign-in form.
  2. Enter the name teammates should recognize, your email, and a strong password twice.

  1. Choose Create account, then open the verification message sent to your email.
  2. Follow the verification link and return to Sign in. Email-and-password access remains unavailable until verification succeeds.
  3. Enter the verified email and password, then choose Sign in. Libro opens the company directory.
  4. If you lose the password, choose Forgot password, submit the account email, and use the time-limited recovery link.

If you use Google or GitHub instead, select that provider and use the same method on future visits to avoid creating a second identity.

Check your work

You should see your name and email in the account menu and land on the company directory. If an invitation exists for the same email, its company should appear under Shared with me.

Common mistakes

  • Signing up with a different email from the invitation creates a separate account.
  • Reusing an expired verification or reset link will fail; request a new one.
  • Never share a password, verification link, reset link, or one-time code. Libro support will not ask for them.
