Delete your Libro account
Back up required records and understand what will be permanently removed before closing your account.
Resolve everything tied to the account
Before deleting the account, review every company under My companies. Deleting your account permanently deletes every company you own and all of its accounting data. Create and download a backup of each company you need to preserve, then store those files somewhere you can access without Libro. Tell collaborators that they will lose access to companies you own.
Also review Shared with me, revoke connected apps, end unnecessary sessions, and cancel or manage any active billing relationship. Export personal or business records you are required to retain.
Delete the account
Open account settings, find the deletion control, and read the final summary carefully. Complete the required identity and permanent-action confirmation only when the displayed email belongs to the account you intend to close.
Deleting the account permanently removes the account, every company you own, and all data attached to those companies. This cannot be undone. Do not assume that deleting an account satisfies a company’s legal record-retention obligations.
