Secure your account

Protect your password, respond to new-device notices, and control active sessions.

Protect access

Use a unique password and keep the account email secure. Change the password from account settings if it was reused, exposed, or shared. A password manager can generate and store a strong value without relying on memorable patterns.

Treat a new-device message as a prompt to verify the sign-in. If you do not recognize it, change the password immediately, review active sessions, and revoke connected apps that may be affected.

Review sessions

An active session represents a browser or device with current access. End sessions you no longer recognize or use. Signing out of one browser may not end every other session, so use the session controls when responding to a security concern.

Do not send passwords, reset links, session tokens, or verification codes to teammates. Invite them through team and roles instead.
